Raw Pizza with Olive Marinara and Honey Onion

Ingredients

Sun-Dried Tomato Marinara

½ cup fresh basil

3 roma tomatoes

2 green onions

1 garlic clove

½ cup dried tomatoes

3 olives

Juice from one half lemon

Handful soaked cashews

3 pieces dulse seaweed

¼ teaspoon Sea salt

1 dried date

Mauk Family Farms Raw Wheat-Free Crusts (Whole Foods)

1 avocado

Sprouts

½ purple onion

Virgin California Raw Honey

Steps:

Mix chopped purple onion with a teaspoon of honey and a squeeze of lemon; let sit.

Blend 2 raw tomatoes, basil, dried tomatoes, garlic, salt, olives, green onions, date, lemon juice and soaked cashews.  Salt to taste. Spread on raw crusts, package comes with two.

Top with avocado, sprouts, honey onions and chopped tomato. This was so satisfying and tasty. It’s simple to prepare and clean up requires little effort. When you start making food this good, you will forget why you ate out so much.
